Shipping is usually based on the product you are purchasing. For ex if you are buying a heavy item that needs refrigeration then you will need to choose next day service and the rates for that are high, That's why we recommend that you read carefully on shipping cost above.If you were to only order dry groceries then you would have to also read the shipping cost above. It would be a little less expensive because these items would be shipped via ground.

You can place an order over the internet or over the phone with one of our customer representatives. Placing an order online you must make a new user log in. After you have done this you can begin to add items on your REVIEW CART and always make sure to save your cart. This way you can have it there no matter what.
In order to track you must log into your account. On the right column once you are logged in you must click on track orders.As soon as you find your order you click on it and then all the way at the bottom you will see the tracking number. You then must click on that number it usually starts with an 1z8w50v... by clicking on this it will direct you to the page. If you see anything wrong please contact us asap.
You can usually log in to our website and log into your account with us. It will tell you if its been processed. If it is not than you can always contact us and find out what the hold up might be.
Yes we do give out coupons and there is no minimum order. All you have got to do is check your e-mails. We usually send out monthly coupons and we hope to do more in the future.
When items are shipped out it is sent with the original invoice that was printed out in the morning. That does not mean that everything on the invoice was sent. In order for you to look at the final invoice and what was sent is for you to track your order online and view the final invoice. It is usually e-mailed to you once the order has been shipped out.If you pay through credit car it will automatically be credited back to your credit card.If you paid through pay pal you must contact us and we will assist you.

We use UPS , they are one of the best and deliver it right on time 95% of the time.
Yes we do but the shipping charges are not the same for shipping inside the United States.*You must contact our customer service.
Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
Next day service means that the transit time it will take from our facility to yours is express. It usually arrives 10:30am after it has left our facility. ONLY EXCEPTION if you live in a rural area. It will arrive to you by the end of day.

The only time we officially charge you is when we process your shipment. At first when you put in your information is just a hold we place on that money. At times it may seem as if you were charged twice but please give it 2-3 business days for it to clear away. If the problem persists please contact us.
